A physician-led community hospital in Texas is searching for a General Surgeon to join an established and growing high-volume service line and no competition in a culturally vibrant Texas community.



Opportunity:

• Healthy combination of general bread and butter cases, scoping, and the opportunity for additional clinical interest.

• 93 bed, Not-For-Profit, level IV trauma center

• 2 days blocked OR and 2.5 days in clinic

• Time is protected with only 10 days of paid call per month!



Compensation:

• $575,000 guaranteed YR 1 includes salary guarantee, call pay, and recruitment incentives

• $66,000 in Call Pay

• 3 year salary guarantee + wRVU Production Bonus + 10% Quality Bonus

• Comprehensive benefits: 6 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME

• Sign-on and relocation allowance & retirement
